Learning at Work Week 2025 Impact Awards - winners announced!
The results of the 2025 Learning at Work Week Impact Awards impact awards have been announced.
The awards celebrate bold, creative, and impactful campaigns by employers and learning colleagues, which champion and drive lifelong learning at work and development opportunities for employees. The award categories recognise different aspects of learning at work. Successful organisations had to demonstrate how their Learning at Work Week campaigns inspired a lifelong learning culture, supported business and organisational goals, and innovated in learning and development.
This year's winners and commended organisations are from a range of sectors including financial services, health, local government, technology and the culture sector.
Julia Wright, National Director at Campaign for Learning, which organises the impact awards said:
“Lifelong learning at work supports organisations and their people to thrive – from boosting job prospects and wellbeing to improving productivity and spurring innovation. As workplaces continue to be shaped by technology and our working lives become longer, continuous lifelong learning helps us to adapt and make the most of the changes and opportunities at hand.
“This year’s entries to the Learning at Work Week Impact Awards demonstrate once again how the long-lasting benefits of lifelong learning can be realised through well-designed and focused initiatives. Congratulations to our winning and commended organisations, who in a very strong field used insight, partnership and creativity to craft tailored approaches, enabling colleagues to experience and engage in these all-important opportunities for learning and development.
“A big thank you to everyone who entered the awards and our judges and partners, NCFE and findcourses.co.uk."
