Networking event: Engaging families in financial education

Join us online to share expertise in engaging parents and children in family financial education.

 

At this online event, we will explore successful ways to encourage families to talk and learn about money and learn from what hasn’t worked as well.

Join this event if:

  • You want to be more confident in engaging and supporting families with programmes that might include money discussions
  • You are part of the DfE Multiply adult numeracy programme
  • You are looking to develop your own financial education offer.

This event is an opportunity to network with peers and share effective practice for anyone working with families who wants to improve family financial resilience.

This free networking event is for practitioners working with families who are looking to start conversations about money to improve family financial resilience; and practitioners teaching family finance who wish to share and develop their practice, including:

  • Early years practitioners in nurseries, early years settings, schools, family hubs and children centres  
  • Family learning practitioners
  • Multiply programme managers and tutors supporting financial education and family numeracy 
  • Family engagement and support practitioners 
  • Colleagues working with families in local authorities
